BACHELOR'S PAD
Tucked in the heart of Mandaluyong’s CBD, this 55-sqm studio loft belongs to a young IT professional based in Singapore. The design direction? Masculine, worldly, and unapologetically raw.

Weathered finishes, vintage accents, and travel-sourced collectibles tell the story of a well-traveled soul. Cement walls, burnt brick, weathered wood, and black metal come together to create an industrial palette that feels both rugged and refined.

Personal touches elevate the space — from a world map mural done in collaboration with the owner’s uncle, to custom furniture handcrafted by the client himself using reclaimed pallets and old caster wheels. Each piece, a testament to craft, creativity, and character.

The result is a loft that celebrates contrasts — old and new, raw and refined, personal and timeless. A statement space that doesn’t just speak of design, but of stories well-lived.
