MODERN INDUSTRIAL LOFT
A 55-sqm one-bedroom loft that redefines light, modern living.
Following the success of my first loft project, this second commission — located just three doors down — presented a new challenge: to reinterpret my signature industrial style with a lighter, more contemporary touch.
Designed as an Airbnb investment unit, the space needed to impress guests while reflecting the personality of its owners — a Chinese family who envisioned the loft as both a stylish retreat and a gallery for their father’s photography. The result is a clean, modern take on industrial design: open, bright, and inviting, yet grounded by subtle raw textures and thoughtful detailing.
This project captures balance — between function and emotion, ruggedness and refinement, familiarity and freshness.
