Set within a master-planned township in Cavite, this project was envisioned as a modern-day retreat — a place where city dwellers can slow down, breathe, and find balance. Every element, from land development to architecture and landscape, was designed to echo the essence of Scandinavian living: light, easy, and deeply relaxing.

For the duplex model house, the direction was clear - Modern Scandinavian. The goal was to create a home that feels effortless yet refined, perfectly aligned with the township’s vision. Clean walls, two-tone wood finishes, and subtle accent colors form the foundation of the design, reflecting the simplicity and warmth of the Scandinavian aesthetic.

Modern furniture pieces were carefully chosen to complement this palette - sleek yet inviting, stylish yet livable. The result is a home that feels both contemporary and comforting, where every detail works in harmony to embody the calm, uncluttered beauty of modern Scandinavian design.
