A 200-sqm collaboration project that beautifully blends modern, Mediterranean, and Filipino design sensibilities. While the initial concept wasn’t mine, I took the reins in curation, site decision-making, and final styling—turning vision into reality.

Set within one of the newest high-end villages along Daanghari Road, this model home posed a unique challenge: capturing the attention of the South’s luxury market while working within a tight budget and an even tighter timeline. From furniture sourcing to accessory styling, every element was meticulously selected and installed in just three weeks.

The result? A model house that resonated deeply with buyers—sold just two and a half weeks after completion for ₱56 million.
